Class levels + equipment
Class levels describe the experience and readiness for each class. Every class offers room to refine breath, alignment, precision, and control. Experienced members and participants are welcome in Foundations, and your practice can benefit from different levels of challenge on different days.
Our small-group setting makes room for personal attention and thoughtful guidance, so you can stay present and explore how each movement feels.
Foundations, Flow, and Restore may use the reformer, tower, or a combination; not every class uses both. Jump + Sculpt uses the reformer with a jumpboard. Tower Precision focuses on the tower. Equipment and sequences vary by class and instructor, and props may be included.
Modifications and progressions help you work within the class level; the listed entry guidance and safety requirements still apply.
For every class, you must be able to get on and off the equipment and down to and up from the floor safely without assistance.

Grip socks are required for every class.
View class schedulePrivate and small-group sessions offer personalized guidance, whether you're building confidence, looking for more support, or ready to deepen your practice. Duets, trios, and small-group workshops or classes work best with compatible goals, experience, and support needs.
You don't need to be at exactly the same level, but everyone should be comfortable adjusting the pace so the session works well for the whole group. When someone needs substantial individual attention and another wants a faster, more advanced practice, separate sessions may be a better fit.
